DEPOT MUSEUM 2024
2023 saw the completion of several improvements to our Museum. New windows, doors, furnace, air conditioner and LED lighting have helped make the museum a more comfortable and energy efficient place to visit. New Exhibits and living history events will be on the schedule for 2024. Expanded exhibits and artifacts from the area dating back to the 1830s will be on display. Join us on Facebook to share personal memories, thoughts, images and knowledge of Cameron's Past. |
Our online resources continue to grow and make Images, Stories, Maps and other memorabilia available for friends of the Depot to enjoy. The online archive displays hundreds of items that aren't available to be displayed in the Museum's exhibit room.
Visitors, whether hometown folks or from other parts of the globe learn why Cameron is called the Crossroads of the nation and how much that meant to the surrounding area.

Photos above are of recent visits by guests from in town as well as other parts of the country.

The new exhibits and items rarely seen before make the Depot Museum perfect for a quick visit while you're in town or spend an afternoon learning the details of our great history.
